buyWiring only sources the best products available. Although we do not manufacture everything we sell our attention to detail ensures that the items we sell are 100% guaranteed against manufacturing and craftsmanship defects.
If you do receive an item that is defective we want to correct the problems as soon as possible. Please call Customer Service and speak to someone about the item so we can get replacement items sent to you.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Any part, which in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed and is not defective will not be eligible for exchange or refund. Items which are subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15-30% or refuse any exceptions.
